- Oh man.. USR messed up then. They're mailing out a chip from August in
- February? They better not charge my VISA $24.95 US plus shipping
- because I am not paying $25 for a 28.8 bugfix. My $25 US plus shipping
- was entered on the understanding that the fee was for a chip that
- would upgrade my modem to 33.6.. If this chip does NOT have 33.6, and
- USR charges me $25+shipping for the chip, I have been defrauded as
- they have advertised one thing and shipped me another. I'm sure anyone
- who read the press release would agree with me. It says very clearly,
- upgrade chip from 28.8 to 33.6 v.34+, not 28.8 to 28.8
